Terms and Conditions:

  1. Eligibility: The referral program is open to all existing customers of Gotong Royong who have previously booked a yacht charter with us.

  2. Referral Confirmation: A referral is considered valid once the referred guest completes a confirmed booking and full payment for a yacht charter with Gotong Royong.

  3. Reward Payment: The $50 SGD referral reward will be issued within 30 days after the referred guest's yacht charter has been completed.

  4. Referral Limits: There is no limit to the number of referrals an individual can make. Each successful referral will earn the referrer $50 SGD.

  5. Duplicate Referrals: In the event that multiple individuals refer the same guest, the reward will be given to the person whose referral was received first as per our records.

  6. Non-Transferable: Referral rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of payment.

  7. Program Changes: Gotong Royong reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

  8. Disqualification: Referrals must be made in good faith. Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the referral program may result in disqualification from the program and forfeiture of referral rewards.
